My cleaning was great.. my wisdom teeth removal experience and process was TERRIble. I’m also extremely frustrated and feel there is so shady things happening on the payment side. I signed up for CareCredit and was told it would be interest free, which it is not. In addition I had a $30 visit charge, and I asked if we could use the card on file (CareCredit) and was told not a problem. Well come to find out they charged $200. Didn’t say anything. When I went back for a follow up they explained that the minimum they could charge was $200 and a refund should be coming. That was 4.5 months ago and everytime i inquired about I’m told “ I’m not sure. Still shows pending “ .. CareCredit does not see a refund on their end. My guess they are hoping I forget and give up on asking. Mind you I had another card or cash to pay this $30 charge the whole time .. now for my experience with the teeth… I went in with extreme pain.. and was told I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled. They gave me some antibiotics and said to take Tylenol and I should feel better soon… about 4-5 days go by and the pain is worse. To the point I went to the ER.. unfortunately they couldn’t do anything but tell me to keep

By far the best experience I have received from a dental office in an extremely long time. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. As someone who in recent years could not stand the dentist they completely changed my perspective in only one appointment. As someone who works in service and leadership I’m extremely pleased with the genuine kindness of the staff. Grateful to have found a dental office home. Thank you all ✨

Yesterday I was in horrible pain from fear of going to the dentist and I had no choice but to make myself go in and when I tell you this was the first place I have ever been where everyone was SO kind and helpful and they didn’t judge it was the best experience I could have asked for. Dr.Haddow is 10/10 at everything being kind, explaining everything and making sure everything’s handled and set up for the next appointment. All of the nurses were so so sweet and had me cracking up and Tiffany the assistant manager was super sweet and helpful too. The whole office is fast, clean, runs super efficient and when I woke up today I FINALLY didn’t feel like my mouth was on fire because I was treated properly. Thank you Aspen dental and I’ll see you in a few days xx

This Aspen dental location amazing! Dr. Semaan and Dr. Jonna are the best dentists! They took care of my pain right away and were able to get me implants at a very reasonable price! Painless and easy experience! From the front to the back they are phenomenal. I recommend all my friends and family!

from the moment i walked in till the time i left everyone was nice and friendly and showed genuine care. they have awesome new technology that the dr. used to when going over everything with me to not just talk to me about what was going on but actually show me as well. not a huge fan of dentist in general and having not gone in some years they made me feel very comfortable for my fist time back to a dentist and for my first time with them. for the first time in my life i can say i’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist
